Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of RestockThat (restockthat.com), run by ZeroLoop Studios LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
What RestockThat does
Office managers create an office, add supplies and print QR stickers (or buy NFC tags). Anyone in the office can scan a sticker and tap one button to add that item to the office's restock list. Coworkers who tap do not need an account.
Your account
- You need a valid email address and must be at least 18.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- You are responsible for where you place stickers and tags, and for the item names and notes you enter.
Plans and billing
- The office plan is $9 per office per month, billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe.
- New accounts get 14 days free with no card. If you add billing during the free trial, the first charge is when it ends.
- The plan renews every month until you cancel. Adding an office raises the next charge, prorated for the days left in the month; deleting one lowers it. If you delete your last office, the plan stops renewing.
- Co-managers you invite can use your office at no extra cost. You pay for the office and decide who has access.
- Cancel anytime under Billing → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
- After the free trial or a cancelled plan ends, manager pages are locked until you subscribe. Stickers keep working and new items are kept.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
- Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use RestockThat to break the law, to put offensive or misleading content on stickers, to send automated or bulk taps, or to try to access other people's offices or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Amazon links
The restock list can show "Buy" buttons that open Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, RestockThat earns from qualifying purchases made through them, at no extra cost to you. Purchases happen on Amazon under Amazon's terms. You can hide the buttons for any office.
Your data
Your offices, items and lists belong to you. We use them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Account settings.
The service
We work to keep RestockThat available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ZeroLoop Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as running out of supplies, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending your account
You can cancel, or delete your account from Account settings, at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice when possible.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
