Do coworkers need an app or an account?

No. Anyone in the office points their phone camera at a sticker and taps one button. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

Will I know when something runs out?

Yes. Get one email each morning, an email right away, or alerts in Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord or Google Chat. Invite co-managers so whoever shops sees it too.

What do I print?

A sticker sheet from your office page: Avery 5160 or 5163 labels to print and peel, or plain paper to cut out. Prefer tapping? Use NFC stickers too: any NTAG215 pack works (about $10 for 20 on Amazon). Android phones write them right from the page.

What happens after the free two weeks?

Add billing any time during the two weeks and you won't be charged until they end. If you don't, your list pauses: stickers keep working and new items are saved, ready when you subscribe.

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, with no further charges. Stickers keep working and items are kept, so you can pick up again anytime.
