Refund Policy
Office plan
- The first two weeks are free. You're never charged during them.
- Cancel anytime under Billing → Manage billing. You won't be charged again, and the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- We don't refund partial months.
- If you were charged by mistake, for example after you cancelled or twice for the same month, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
NFC stickers and other Amazon purchases
- Things you buy on Amazon through RestockThat links, including NFC stickers, are sold by Amazon. Returns and refunds follow Amazon's policies.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email on your account. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
